Phu Bia Mining owns and operates two award winning operations – Phu Kham Copper-Gold and Ban Houayxai Gold-Silver, both located in Xaisomboun Province, 120km north of Vientiane.     This is a unique time to join the Phu Bia Mining team. The Company’s Phu Kham Copper-Gold and Ban Houayxai Gold-Silver Operations are world-class in terms of safety, production and performance. Site-based employees work a roster of 20 days on, 8 days off; 9 days on, 5 days off; or 14 days on, 7 days off for shift work, while Vientiane – based employees work 5 days per week with 2 days off. Under the guidance of the community superintendent/manager, ensure that all communities are implemented in line with the procedure, standard, policy and strategy of PBM. While always recognizing and promoting safety procedures and behaviors, included maintained positive relations with communities and stakeholders.   Your responsibilities will include:   Community meetings and consultations involve. Grievance management system. Stakeholder and local engagement with related community tasks. Local traditional encouragement. Donation and Sponsorship support. Community works related to discussion, compensation, mediation and memo making, etc. Always maintain good relationship with team and stakeholders. Administrate admin works and tasks related to office and filing documentation including CAMMS. Capable of supporting departments and other community relation tasks at local, district and province levels and as required and assigned by direct report as to support PBM business operation day to day be achieved as planned. Assistant and processing day to day work plan to support the Phu Bia Mining Operation. Honest, transparent, compliant, team work to support the same goals, objectives and strategic plans of the company. Assistant on responsible for PKM community relations. Assistant on maintaining positive relations between PBM and external parties such as local villagers, villages, districts, province, ministries and as required by direct report. Assistant, implement and engagement and facilitation of PBM Operation such as transportation, logistic, IRM, Mining, Process, Mineral Resource Development, Exploration’s mission, Geotech, LPD, Environment, HR, Siter Service and all emergency response as required. Associate with community meeting and consultation, PBM grievance management, notification and communication to internal company and external parties, chance find engagement, cash payment management and process of donations and sponsorship. Other based on required by direct report to be compliance with procedures and Company’s objective.   To be successful in this role, you will require:   Bachelor’s degree in Community and Rural Development, Laws or related field. Enjoy building relationships with key customers/stakeholders. Ability to work well within a busy, fast paced environment. Good communication skill both in Lao and English Languages. Competency in MS Office suite. Have driving license AB type. Can work on remote areas.
