You will coordinate between architectural, civil, and structural teams, translating complex drawings into actionable site instructions and overseeing on-site progress. Your day-to-day involves managing construction activities, inspecting materials and workmanship, and resolving technical issues as they arise. You will liaise with contractors, surveyors, and quantity surveyors to keep projects on schedule and within budget, while strictly upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance. From foundation to finishing, your attention to detail ensures every phase meets the highest specifications. This role suits an engineer who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys solving real-world problems on site. You bring a solid foundation in building and construction principles, along with practical experience in supervising works and coordinating multiple trades. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will guide site teams and report progress to senior management.
