As Fleet Admin Officer, you will be the central coordinator ensuring our vehicle fleet runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your work directly supports field teams and logistics, making sure they have the resources they need to deliver on time. You will manage vehicle records, maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and driver coordination. This role involves updating internal systems, processing related paperwork, and working closely with drivers and the admin team to prevent downtime. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to scheduling are essential here. Beyond fleet management, you will support broader administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and occasional liaison with external service providers. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure and problem-solving within a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate has experience in administration or basic system management, especially in a logistics or telecom setting. You are organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, and able to communicate clearly in both Lao and English. A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
