Building A — Evacuation Shelter (325m²) — Retrofit: Removal of existing external walls to extend the building footprint, construction of building extension, and installation of a new electrical system throughout. Building B — WC Building (45m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility.
